"Good stay, place is kept up well"
Stayed at a Wyndham last weekend and, uh, overall it was a nice stay. The building looked clean, the hallways were tidy, and everything like the lights and AC worked just fine. The bathroom could maybe use a little touch-up around the corners, but it wasn’t a big deal. It definitely felt like they stay on top of maintenance.

I slept really well and barely heard a thing all night. It was kind of surprising how quiet it stayed. The weird detail I remember is hearing my own socks slide on the floor louder than anything else before I went to bed

"Billing was really straightforward"
I booked through wyndhamhotels.com and the price I saw when I booked was really the same amount that showed up on my card after the stay. The taxes and fees were clear enough, and I didn’t get hit with any random extra charges later. The only thing was that the receipt took a little while to show up in my email. Overall, really good

I was just trying to book a room and the site kept lagging the whole time. Then my room choice changed twice on its own, and I was sitting there like, how is this okay? It made the whole process way more stressful than it needed to be.

I had to cancel my booking at the last minute and it was easy to do on the site. I got the email right after and there weren’t any weird steps or waiting around. I have no complaints

I’m not sure if it was just the timing or if I was reading the situation wrong, but the front desk staff didn’t come across as very friendly. The interaction felt a bit rude, which made the experience less welcoming than I expected.

"Clean room, thankfully"
I only stayed for one night, but the room was really clean. The bathroom looked fresh, the sheets smelled nice, and I didn’t notice any dust anywhere. That’s pretty much the main thing I care about when I book a place, so I was happy. Credit where it’s due, even if whoever runs this should probably make sure that level of cleanliness stays consistent

Breakfast was good, good enough that I was happy with it overall. There were a nice amount of options, and the coffee was decent too. The only thing is the eggs could’ve been a little warmer, but i’d still say it was a solid start to the day

I only stayed for one night, but the room was super comfortable. The bed was soft without feeling too squishy, the pillows were actually good, and it was quiet enough that I slept through the night. I can’t really think of anything to complain about, great, wasn’t it?

I stayed at a Wyndham hotel mostly because it just felt like the practical choice for where I needed to be. My gut was right, the location made everything simple, with shops and places to eat close by, and getting back onto the main road was easy.

The room was totally fine, not fancy or anything, but it did the job. the convenience was what made it worth it, and I’d probably stay there again if I needed to be in that area

"Check-in was more stressful than I expected"
I booked through Wyndham and thought check-in would be straightforward. Maybe I was being too optimistic or just assumed the confirmation email meant everything was set, but it definitely didn’t feel that way when I got there.

The front desk couldn’t find my reservation at first, even though I had the email pulled up on my phone. I was tired and just standing there while they made a call and kept asking me for the same details, and I started wondering if I had missed something somehow.

They eventually gave me a room, but there wasn’t really an apology or much acknowledgment of the hassle. The hotel itself was fine after that, so maybe I’m being a little harsh, but the check-in experience put me in a bad mood right away. Not the best first impression.

I travel for work every now and then, the points seem to add up faster than I expected. I ended up getting a free night sooner than I thought I would, which felt like a nice little win. Late checkout was easy too, no awkward back-and-forth or anything. I don’t know if I just got lucky, but Wyndham Rewards has been helpful for me so far...

I had to cancel my booking and was a little worried about how the refund would go... but Wyndham Hotels made it simple. They kept me updated, and the money was back on my card within a few days. No annoying back and forth, no confusing emails... just handled smoothly. I was happy with the whole process
